Saw Wall-E today. Not gonna lie, the little guy is freaking adorable. I was prepared for the movie by reading all the praise and love that movie critics have been giving it. As an overall movie, I would call Wall-E a one trick pony. The only thing that worked for me was Wall-E and Eve’s relationship. Yes many would say that was the main idea of the movie, but I would disagree. The main focus of the story is an environmental statement on the impact humans have on planet Earth. I left the movie feeling kinda indifferent. I didn’t hate the movie at all. I don’t think it’s the best movie I’ve ever seen. It was just a cute movie.
